Shipping Policy
**The shop will not cover the shipping cost or any other cost to send the broken / faulty item to the shop. Customer also has to pay for return shipment for cancellation of service, and for a device that the warranty has been invalidated. However, for a device that is eligible for warranty claims, the shop will bear the shipping cost of sending the device back to the customer.
Return & Exchange & Warranty Policy
**Warranty coverage, policy and it's length follows as what set by its principal. Customer can send all their purchased original set direct to an authorized service centre for warranty request purpose. Otherwise, the customer can bring to our service centre and we will help send the item to the authorize service centre based on our schedule. Make sure have the original receipt.
**Return and Exchange can be accepted in 3 days only with a receipt original. Cannot accept any damaged and have completed accessories (Fullest in Box).
